Camote Tops Sauté with Banana Greek Yogurt

This healthy Camote Tops Saute makes dinner light that
can be done so quickly. It features traditional Pinoy flavors like soy sauce,
sugar cane vinegar, tomato, onion, and garlic. Paired it with organic
brown rice and Yogurt with sliced bananas. My eldest daughter always loves this classic Pinoy dish. Absolutely a vegan dinner idea!
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo Camote
Tops
1 large size Onion
1 pc Tomato
3 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/8 tsp Salt &
dash of Pepper Powder
Directions:
Saute the spices (tomato, onion,garlic), then add the Camote Tops. Cook them for 3-5 minutes. Season to taste by adding salt and pepper. |
