Halal Fried Rice

Halal Fried Rice.

  • Ingredients:
  • * 5 cups White Rice
  • * 1 cup Black Rice (Emperor's Rice)
  • * 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • * 1/4 cup Coconut oil
  • * 2 cans Beef Loaf/ Corned Tuna
  • * 12 leaves Chinese Pechay
  • * 2 pcs Potatoes (diced)
Steps:
  1. 1. Mix white and black rice and then rinse 2-3 times.
  2. 2. Cook rice for 30-45 minutes over medium flame. Then, set aside.
  3. 3. Peel and mince garlic. 
  4. 4. Wash and chop Pechay leaves.
  5. 5. Slice Beef Loaf into small cubes and so with the Potatoes.
  6. 5. Sautee the minced garlic until golden brown. Then, add the cubed Beef Loaf.
  7. 6. Put the cooked rice over the sauteed garlic and Beef loaf
  8. 7. Season with salt and pepper or add Maggie Magic Sarap seasoning
  9. 8. Cook them for 5 minutes and then garnish the chopped Pechay all over the rice mixture. Cover the pan and leave for 1 minute just to half-cook the Pechay leaves.
  10. Serve and enjoy the Halal Fried Rice with family.
