Halal Fried Rice
Halal Fried Rice.
- Ingredients:
- * 5 cups White Rice
- * 1 cup Black Rice (Emperor's Rice)
- * 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- * 1/4 cup Coconut oil
- * 2 cans Beef Loaf/ Corned Tuna
- * 12 leaves Chinese Pechay
- * 2 pcs Potatoes (diced)
Steps:
- 1. Mix white and black rice and then rinse 2-3 times.
- 2. Cook rice for 30-45 minutes over medium flame. Then, set aside.
- 3. Peel and mince garlic.
- 4. Wash and chop Pechay leaves.
- 5. Slice Beef Loaf into small cubes and so with the Potatoes.
- 5. Sautee the minced garlic until golden brown. Then, add the cubed Beef Loaf.
- 6. Put the cooked rice over the sauteed garlic and Beef loaf
- 7. Season with salt and pepper or add Maggie Magic Sarap seasoning
- 8. Cook them for 5 minutes and then garnish the chopped Pechay all over the rice mixture. Cover the pan and leave for 1 minute just to half-cook the Pechay leaves.
- Serve and enjoy the Halal Fried Rice with family.
