Breakfast Egg Sandwich
At some point in our lives, what to eat for breakfast really bothers us? So
here, I'm sharing with you the kind of Egg Sandwich that I'm making for my
family for breakfast. This is very quick and easy to prepare. No need to
memorize, just the casual ingredients you can find in your fridge. There you
go, you can make them in no time and enjoy your Egg Sandwich later. This is
a very good source of energy and protein for muscles, especially for growing
kids. You can enjoy eating them alone or pair them with your favorite
morning beverage like fresh milk, hot chocolate, or coffee.
Egg Sandwich Recipe. |
- Ingredients:
- * 12 pcs Newbake wheat bread
- * 4 pcs eggs
- * 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- * 6 pcs Dane cheese slice
Steps:
- 1. Boil the eggs for 15-20 minutes under low to medium flame.
- 2. Then, prepare the mayonnaise in the mixing bowl.
- 3. While waiting for the eggs to be cooked, lay flat the cheese slice on each wheat bread.
- 4. Peel the boiled eggs and smash them using a fork.
- 5. Combine the smashed-boiled eggs with mayonnaise.
- 6. Spread a tablespoon of egg-mayonnaise mixture on top of the cheese slice. Divide the remaining mixture among the 6 pcs of sliced wheat bread.
- Then, toast them to 3-5 minutes or even more just to have a crispy crust egg sandwich.
