Beef Macaroni Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/4 kg ground beef
- 2 cups macaroni
- 1 tbsp butter/coconut oil
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 2 pcs minced garlic, diced 1 onion & tomato
- 1/4 part of whole cabbage
- 1 cup fresh milk
- salt & pepper
Makes: 6 small bowl servings.
Steps:
- Boil the macaroni with 1/2 liter of water for 10-12 minutes and then drain when cooked.
- Wash the ground beef thoroughly or dip it with hot water and drain.
- Prepare the spices (onion, garlic, tomatoes) and sautee them
- Add the ground beef, stir fry until brown, and then add the cooked macaroni.
- Place 3 cups of water, season to taste.
- Boil to 6-8 minutes, then add the fresh milk and serve.
