How to make Moist Chocolate Muffins with Avocado?
Dry Ingredients:
- 4 cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 cups Muscovado Sugar / Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 cup Goya Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 pcs Cage Free Eggs
- 1 cup Hersheys Chocolate Chips
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 cup Homemade Yogurt
- 3/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1 cup Warm Water
- 1 pc Avocado (peeled and w/o seed)
Steps:
- Preheat Turbo Broiler to 200 degrees C and line the muffin cups with muffin liner.
- Combine the Wet Ingredients on an electric blender or manually bet them to mix.
- On a bowl, mix the Dry Ingredients thoroughly then slowly pour over the mixed Wet Ingredients to it.
- Fill the prepared muffin cups 3/4 full and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Bake them in preheated Turbo Broiler for about 20 minutes or until an inserted toothpick into the center comes out clean.
- Cool down for about 10 minutes in the muffin cups before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.
